Test 6: Noise and Vibration Check (Batch Sampling)

Excessive noise or vibration can indicate potential bearing issues or imbalance. Sample units from each batch are audited during operation to ensure they meet the noise limits specified by quality standards.

Test 7: Final Visual Inspection (100% Full Inspection)

Before packaging, every compressor undergoes manual visual inspection to confirm:

1. No oil stains, rust, or sharp edges
2. Protective caps securely installed on all ports
3. Correct labeling and packaging
4. Proper documentation (packing slip, cross-reference guide)
