⚡ Behind the Cool Air: Quality Standards of Our A/C Compressors (6/8) – Factory Testing: Cleanliness & Torque

Test 4: Internal Cleanliness Inspection (Batch Sampling)

Contaminants inside a compressor can clog expansion valves or damage the entire A/C system. We verify against strict quality standards:

  1. Total contaminant mass within limits
  2. Maximum particle diameter meets requirements
  3. Internal moisture content within allowable range

Clean internals mean longer system life and lower failure rates.

Test 5: Torque Testing (100% Full Inspection)

Every compressor undergoes torque testing on key bolts and connection points on the production line, ensuring all fasteners meet design torque specifications. Units with torque issues are rejected online, preventing installation failures caused by loose or over-tightened fasteners.

Clean internals + proper torque = reliable installation
