🔬 Behind the Cool Air: Quality Standards of Our A/C Compressors (5/8) – Factory Testing: Performance & Leak

Quality standards are only meaningful when enforced. That's why every fuel vehicle A/C compressor in our inventory goes through comprehensive factory testing before shipment.

Test 1: In-Line Performance Testing (100% Full Inspection)

Every compressor is tested 100% on the production line to verify:

1. Displacement meets specifications
2. Suction/discharge pressure differential within standard range
3. Operating torque is normal
4. Proper oil circulation

Test 2: Performance Bench Testing (Batch Sampling)

Beyond in-line testing, sample units from each batch are tested on professional performance bench equipment to verify that cooling capacity, input power, and other core parameters consistently meet quality standards.

Test 3: Leak Detection (100% Full Inspection)

Using helium mass spectrometry or electronic refrigerant leak detectors, every compressor is checked for seal integrity. Any unit showing detectable leakage is rejected and does not ship.
